Etrion Corporation is an independent solar power producer listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ OMX Stockholm exchange (under the same ticker symbol, "ETX"). Etrion is based in Geneva, Switzerland and has an office in Rome, Italy.

Etrion acquires, develops, builds, owns and operates solar power plants. The Company currently owns 60 megawatts (MW) of operational, ground-based solar photovoltaic (PV) power plants in Italy.

The Company's near-term focus is on countries with attractive solar irradiation and government incentives for solar power production. Etrion invests in feed-in-tariff (FiT) environments, like Italy, which create long-term, low-risk revenue streams. Future growth will be driven by the development and acquisition of additional solar power facilities under long-term contract, with the ultimate goal of producing low-cost, clean electricity at attractive returns.

Etrion's largest shareholder is the Lundin family, which owns approximately 25% of the Company's shares through various trusts.
